Job Context
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Executive to conduct in-depth research on chemicals used in the paint and footwear industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to raw materials, market trends, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research on chemicals used in paint formulations and footwear manufacturing.
- Investigate emerging trends, innovations, and alternative chemical solutions that can be used in other industries.
- Analyze competitor products and materials to benchmark against industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Exposure to research, preferably in the paint or footwear industry, or similar fields involving chemical research and analysis.
- 1/2 years of experience is preferred.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex chemical data.
- Proficient in research methodologies and familiar with laboratory testing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing and delivering reports.
