Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients from embassies, expatriate offices, and MNCs.
• Develop sales strategies for the Business Center.
• Conduct market research and maintain client relationships.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate leases, and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage sales activities.
• Expand business in Gulshan and Banani.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years in sales.
