Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via social media to answer inquiries and confirm orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Accurately update and manage stock information using spreadsheet software.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Achieve sales targets and assist in growing overall business.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in IT-enabled services or related fields.
