Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at ABCLIT located in Dhaka, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities
- Customer Relationship Management and Sales Target Achievement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
