Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement regional sales plans, analyze performance, and improve results.
- Team Leadership & Management: Guide and train the team, set targets, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Customer Relationship & Service Quality: Enhance service quality, resolve complaints, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Market Development: Formulate strategies to expand customer base and boost sales.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with delivery and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and report activities.
- Recruitment & Training: Hire skilled sales personnel, ensure continuous development.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science graduates preferred)
Experience: 8-10 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
