Job Description
The Daily Star is the largest English-language newspaper in Bangladesh, seeking professionals to join the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Performance Management System
- Implementing Compensation & Benefits strategies
- Designing employee engagement initiatives
- Implementing HRMS & KPI projects
- Maintaining employee database accuracy
- Producing HR reports
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Additional Requirements:
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- People Management expertise
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
