We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR and Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions and assist with basic accounting tasks. This position offers a great opportunity for those keen on advancing in human resources and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, employee records, & HR documentation.
- Develop HR policies and procedures.
- Verify requisitions, expenditures, and manage cash inflow to TALLY.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and sales accounts reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year HR and accounts experience.
- Strong communication, MS Office, and Tally skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Only Females can apply. 2-year commitment required.
Salary: 15k to 20k.
