Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Senior Executive role at PRAN-RFL Group in Dhaka. The Senior Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business development activities, leading cross-functional teams and driving key initiatives for organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in project management and decision-making
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of the conglomerate industry is a plus
