Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Industrial Engineer located in Dhaka. The Senior Industrial Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in process optimization, project management, and implementing lean principles
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
