Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Training Manager at SNBiz in Dhaka. The Senior Training Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs, conducting training needs assessments, designing curriculum, managing training resources, and evaluating training effectiveness on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Minimum Master’s degree in Training and Development, Training Program Development, Curriculum Design, and Training Evaluation skills. Experience in conducting Training Needs Assessments. Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and Training Methodologies. Leadership and Team Management skills. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills. Project Management and Organizational skills. Experience in the training or HR industry.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Tk18,00 Weekly (Thursday). Maximum two festival bonus (One basic each Festival). Transport allowance. House rent allowance. Outstation allowance (if applicable). Performance Bonus (as per performance). Lunch allowance.
