Job Description
Role: Senior Administrator, VAS
Experience: 7-12 Years of experience in IT/Telecom service industry
Responsibilities:
- Ensure O&M of VAS nodes/services and provide technical expertise
- Enhance customer satisfaction on VAS products
- Develop and deploy upgrade plans for SW and HW
- Support new product design and execution
- Manage security policies and automate system maintenance
- Good understanding of Telecom and Service Management systems (ITIL)
Key Skills:
- Experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Proficient in SQL and database systems
- Deep knowledge of Linux, shell scripting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in partner and stakeholder management
- Understanding of statistical and analytical principles
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business concepts
