Job Description

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Prepare monthly complaint analysis and evaluation reports.
• Submit reports on time to management for development purposes.
• Conduct monthly visits to service centers.
• Arrange zone-wise meetings with service personnel for faster service delivery.
• Ensure efficient product troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain customer, dealer, showroom, and management relationships.
• Address service-related issues and promote service development.
• Work on reducing service-related costs and improving processes.
• Oversee service center development and technician efficiency.
• Manage sales returns and replacements processes.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Skills Required: Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Complaint analysis, Service Engineering

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s)
