Role Description

This full-time on-site Internship role involves providing software support, development, technical troubleshooting, and customer service in Dhaka.

Skillset

– Proficient in PHP/Python/JS

– Familiar with browser developer tools, APIs, and testing tools

– Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

– Handle customer tickets via Mail/Livechat

– Provide L1 & L2 technical support

– Bug reporting, Issue management, software testing & debugging

Work Schedule

Hours: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, Days: Sunday to Thursday.
