Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with service outcome information and schedule appointments for further work.
• Assist customers in understanding warranty coverage and repair options.
• Recommend vehicle repair or trade-in for newer models.
• Oversee dealership schedule to ensure accurate appointments with repair department.
• Notify customers when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster repeat business.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• 2 years’ experience in customer-focused roles.
• Organized, multitasking ability.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in scheduling software and basic computer programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented and work within fast-paced environments.
