Sheba.xyz is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Business Development to play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy. This position demands a strategic leader who can unlock new opportunities, lead complex enterprise-level initiatives, and align business strategies to maximize impact. If you’re a data-driven strategist with a proven track record in scaling business partnerships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research for growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Lead enterprise-level partnerships with financial institutions, corporate clients, and strategic allies.
• Create and execute strategic business development roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and refine business development processes for operational efficiency.
• Present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Business Development, ideally in fintech or technology.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong business acumen, project management, business process design, strategic planning, excellent communication (English and Bangla), and results-driven mindset.
