Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition for a MNC in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand talent needs and align talent management strategies accordingly.
- Design and execute effective recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team and oversee the recruitment process.
- Identify, assess, and develop talent within the organization.
- Develop recruitment assessment tests and job profiles.
Salary: 25 Lacs pa BDT – 30 Lacs pa BDT
