Job Description

Location: Remote/Virtual/Work from Home

Job Type: Full-Time

Vacancy: Multiple

Working Days: 5 days a week

Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM EDT (9 hours/day, including 1 hour break)

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide interns in sourcing and evaluating tech products.
• Supervise the creation and editing of user manuals and product videos.
• Optimize website content with proper SEO keywords.
• Prepare and review technical documents and presentations.
• Manage and update the knowledge base.
• Ensure timely updates and uploads of products on the website.
• Conduct product research to assist sales staff with customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Computer Applications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automatic Control.
• Must have your own laptop/PC with a stable internet connection.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong interest in technology.
