Job Description
1. Cooperate with sales department to provide technical support before, during and after sales, and collaborate closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
2. Support Sales in achieving reagent sales targets, handling product pre-sales bidding, and promoting new projects;
3. Conduct technical communication with customer hospitals, promote technical schemes, conduct demonstration and teaching experiments, and manage product after-sales issues;
4. Regularly visit customers to enhance Sansure’s value and manage extended projects effectively;
5. Track product performance, provide timely feedback on issues for product optimization.
