Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Territory Manager at Akij Cement Company Ltd. in Dhaka. The Territory Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and expanding the company’s market presence, building and maintaining customer relationships, overseeing sales activities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in territory management and market expansion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of the construction and cement industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
