We are looking for a skilled individual to work as a Virtual Assistant. If you aim to develop your career as a Business Development Virtual Assistant in marketplaces like Fiverr and Upwork, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Contact new and warm leads, schedule client appointments.
• Record notes, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
• Participate in client acquisition interviews on marketplaces.
• Attend training for business development.
• Work with US Real Estate businesses independently.
• Maintain data integrity and client confidentiality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• English medium education is mandatory.
• Graduation is required.
• Available to work from 6 pm to 2 am.
• Will work on Bangladesh holidays and extended hours.
• On-site job, no remote work available.

Payments:

• Hourly rate payment plan.
• 1-week (6 days) training with no payment.

Special Instructions:

• 1 allowed no-show per month, 50% hourly pay deduction for next day.
• 2 no-shows without emergency result in automatic termination.
• Marketplace misuse or bad work reputation leads to immediate termination.
• Selected employees receive yearly contracts.
