Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Dhaka requires a Visa Counselor Executive to handle worldwide visas, ground services, client and embassy coordination, and provide exceptional customer service in the tourism industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in worldwide visa processing and embassy relations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of airline reservations, hotel bookings, and ground services
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Language proficiency in English and other languages (a plus)
• Preferred experience in travel and tourism
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
