Job Description

8-12 Years of experience

• Lead VMware and Wintel team
• Possess passion for learning, building relationships, and team collaboration
• Perform upgrades, patches, clustering, support, and configuration management
• Design and implement enterprise Windows Server solutions
• Coach and mentor team members
• Create system health metrics and reports
• Document system administration processes
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Expertise in Windows Server, Virtualization Platforms, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience in Exchange, SCCM, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clustering
• Ability to automate daily tasks through scripting
