Job Description
Experience: 7-12 Years of experience in IT/Telecom service industry
Role positioning: Wintel and Security Management Admin will be responsible for managing Wintel platform, including Windows Servers. Security management is a crucial aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Windows server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Service Knowledge required – Active directory, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, Exchange server.
- Security Management, especially knowledge about Windows server patching by SCCM.
- Experience on VMware & PAM will be an added advantage.
- Security product expertise i.e., CyberArk, Splunk.
- AWS Related expertise i.e., designing scalable, cost-effective, and efficient solutions.
- Provide technical support on AWS-related issues, monitor solutions, and implement appropriate strategies.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
BSc Hons’ in Computer Science from any reputed university.
Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the Customer and IT Provider organization.
Hand-on experience on Windows Server Management, Security Product, and AWS.
Experience on IT Operation for a large-scale customer/client base.
