Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Incharge at East Coast Group of Companies in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating activities, managing resources, and ensuring smooth functioning of the workshop.
Qualifications
- Experience in workshop management, operations, and coordination
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Technical expertise in the relevant industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Prior experience in the oil & gas sector is a plus
